General Questions

How many products can I fit into one box?
As many as your heart desires. We do not limit the number of products in a box. Our boxes are spacious, and we will arrange everything neatly so your gift looks great when it arrives.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship all orders the next business day. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–6 business days. Need it faster? Upgrade to Priority shipping at checkout for 2–4 business day delivery.

Is shipping an additional cost?
Orders under $59 ship for a flat rate of $3.95. Orders over $59 ship for free. All shipping options, including upgrades, are available at checkout.

Do you include price info in your gifts?
No. We never include pricing or receipts in our packages.

I have an allergy or specific dietary need. Can I order safely?
We list ingredients whenever possible, but we recommend contacting us if you have allergies or dietary concerns. Email us at support@ofury.com before placing your order and we will confirm the information for you.

What is your return policy?
Many of our items are personalized and made to order, so returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you have an issue, contact us and we will work to make it right.

I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us at support@ofury.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, your package may already be in preparation for shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Do you ship to APO or PO Boxes?
Yes. We ship to APO and PO Box addresses via USPS.

My package was marked as delivered but I cannot find it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 3 business days and check with neighbors or around your property. If you still cannot find it, email us at support@ofury.com.

My gift arrived damaged or with missing items.
Contact us immediately at support@ofury.com with your order number and photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

What happens if my box gets returned due to an incorrect address?
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, we can reship it for a $10 shipping fee. No refunds are issued for made-to-order packages once packed.
