Refund policy

At Ofury.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While many of our products are made to order and may not be eligible for returns, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To request a return, contact us at support@ofury.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged during transit
  • You received the wrong item

We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale or clearance items

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

7. Order Cancellations

We accept order cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@ofury.com immediately. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
