Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: $3.95 — 3–6 business days delivery time.
  • Priority Shipping: $11.99 — 2–4 business days delivery time.
  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $59.

All delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.

Delivery Carriers

We use reliable international shipping services, including:

  • FedEx

All shipments come with tracking information and require a signature upon delivery for security.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
  • Ofury.com is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the shipping address provided.
  • If no one is available, the courier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be refunded minus the original shipping fee and return shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the package is shipped.
