Are your products made to order?
Yes. All Ofury products are made to order and personalized based on the details you provide. We do not mass-produce items, which ensures every gift feels unique and meaningful.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Production typically takes 1–3 business days.
Shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout:
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after shipment
Total delivery time may vary based on location and carrier conditions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of our products.
What information do I need to personalize my gift?
Depending on the product, you may be asked to provide a name, date, photo, or custom message. Please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or customer-provided errors.
